My Chrysler Neon doest supply power to starter and fuel pump,What can be the problem?

there is a couple of things to check first the auto shut down relay supplies power to the PCM,fuel pump,injectors,02 sensor heaters and several or the components ...I would check the ASD relay for power and grounds ...also check all your grounds to make sure they are good....I have added a wiring diagram for you to see....this is only one of five diagrams but it will give you somewhere to start
