1999 ford Windstar loses power when going up hill or fast accelerated

It dose it when the accelerated quick it spits an sputters an u can push the
gas but rpms don't move then all of a sudden it jerks an powers backup. So
far I have replaced spark plugs wires an camshaft sensor

First I would try putting some throttle body cleaner in gas tank if that does not work take vehicle to someone that knows a little about cars and ask them to clean out throttle

Agree with firebird338,clean the throttle body,and if that does not help,may not hurt to change the fuel filter.
