trying to decide between a body lift or susp. lift when using 265 tires

depends on what you want, if you want the suspension to really work, go with a suspension lift, it will increase wheel travel, and if a good kit is bought may even help on road handling and ride. but suspension lifts cost much more, and are much harder to install. if you just want to fit the tires, and get the look ( it will help off roading quite a bit, but not as much as a suspension lift) go for the body lift, if you didnt price them yet, you will be amazed at how much cheaper they are. They are also quite a bit easier to install, most of the time you can just throw them in and be fine, sometimes brake lines and some electric wires may need to be lengthened. or you can do a combination of both, 1" body with 2" suspension, or vice versa
you could also go with a set of keys for the front and blocks for the back, its an easy and cheap ( around 150$ for all). How ever you will feel it as your ride will be stiffer, and you will need an alligment.
