My break lights are not working when I push the peddle down and my left turn signal in the rear works when it wants to I checked all the fuses and changed the break light switch but no luck so far

Before I changed my break light
switch I would here a click when I
would barely press on the break and
the break lights would work until I
pushed them all the way down to stop
now that I changed the part I have
nothing please help

I don't have one but there looks like there's a ground connected to it and it's screwed to the metal underneath my truck n it looks all rusty

When you installed the new switch did you make sure it was secured correctly and all wires were plugged in and nothing was loose? Those switches have adjust-ability of the lever on the side
