Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I HAVE A 1998 CROWN VIC THAT SAT FOR ABOUT A YEAR. I HAD TO INSTALL A FUEL PUMP TO GET IT GOING. WHEN I CRANKED IT UP SOME WATER CAME OUT THE EXHAUST. BUT CLEARED UP. CAR RAN FINE FOR ABOUT A WEEK. ALSO HAD A MANIFOLD CRACK, WHICH WAS LEAKING. THEN CAR STARTED RUNNING AWE FULL. I CHANGED PLUGS BUT DIDNT HELP. IN THE PROCESS OF CHANGING OUT THE MANIFOLD. I NOTICED GAS SITTING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE INTAKE VALVES. (IN THE PORTS) I TOOK OFF THE VALVE COVER AND FOUND THE ROCKERS LAYING ON THE HEAD. CAN ANYONE HELP?????
