you will not be able to make that escort a cosworth because the car is too small and cozzie engine is pretty big and also a lot of money and even higher maintanence

yes you can turn that into a cozzie many have been done you just need to buy the right kits and engine mounts. i have a real cozzie monte carlo number 177 running at 400bhp

the cossie engine fits into any escort the standard escort is the same size a real cossie i have a real cossie the only diference is it has wider arches and a full body kit

the cossie engine would almost certainly be to heavy which would mean if u did attempt this, u would have to make adjustments to ur suspension to hold the weight, is it worth the money to even consider making such big changes to this car ?

all you need is spax hardend race shocks front and back to balance weight and the problem is sorted only thing u will need major to do it remove front bumper brace for intercooler

upto u m8, bear in mind though that the Cosworth is four inches longer and two inches wider with an inch longer wheelbase than a standard Escort,
