transmission leak

I just replaced a new filler pipe and grommet in my 4L60E transmission and it still leaking around the grommet. I put 5 litres of tran fluid in the transmission pan so it shouldn,t be over full..I also put some transmisssion fluid on the grommet before installing. Is there something i,m forgetting................

Those things are a pain in the butt. If they don't set in just right they will leak. Also if the tube is not in all the way it will also leak. Let me know how ya make out

Well its looks like I got the filler pipe leak stopped but I ran into another problem now. My bottom transmission line is leaking from the trany. Oh joy oh bless lots of fun thanks for your input.....and the fast reply.
