My truck shakes at 45mph and pretty bad beyond 50

I have a 96 GMC Sierra am beyond 45 mph
it shake, the check engine light is on, had it
serviced once said it was an O2 censor.
Then came back on. It does idel rough

i would do a tune up on it 1st but i am guessing you mean a miss above 45 mph if the wheel is shaking i would also check the tie rod ends and ball joints anyway
