Question type: Car Customization

I'm looking for a rear disc brake conversion for my 96 GMC Yukon  that won't cost an arm and a leg.  I found one thru TSM manufacturing.  They sell everything i need, I think.  Do i need a proportioning valve or can i just get a newer brake reservoir from a Yukon with disc brakes?  Also do i need anything special to make the e-brake work with GM calipers (model # 3120)?
