Where is the headlight relay located on a 1995 GMC Vandura?

Asked by vette642000 Nov 08, 2015 at 10:35 PM about the 1995 GMC Vandura

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My headlights won't come on and only one of the high beams will come on.
What are the causes and how do I fix them? Can you tell me the locations for
the headlight fuse and the headlight relays?

"Vandura" just kept re-directing me to Sierra The owners manual is sadly inadequate on that. All it says is: "The headlamp wiring is protected by a circuit breaker in the lamp switch. An electrical overload will cause the lamps to flicker on and off, or in some cases to remain off. If this happens, have your headlamp wiring checked Chapter 6 page 78 ...maybe you can make some sense out if it, it shows the fuse box but is un-labeled.. https://my.gmc.com/content/dam/gmownercenter/gmna/dynamic/manuals/1995/gmc/sierra_1500/1995_gmc_sierra_owners.pdf

A high beam that does not work means a bad bulb most likely.
