Some voltage drop when a heavy load is connected is normal. If the voltage drop is too much then check the battery and clean all the battery and battery cable connections. Also check to make sure your alternator is putting out enough power.

I did all that. i actually put a brand new alternator in and the same thing happened. Had my ground checked and my alternator tested under load. And it still is happening. I am at a loss. Could it be a fuse able link? And were is that located.

How far does the voltage drop? Make sure the battery cables are good. Sometimes they will get corrosion inside the wire. If you have replacement cable ends those are notorious for failing and having bad connections.
