Also the fuel pump is clicking on when key is turned.Fuel is spraying out of the
test valve when pressed,seems to have good fuel pressure.

I will have to rent one and check it out.thinking it may be a faulty fuel pump.when key is turned it squirts fuel out of the test valve then looses pressure.
