Radiator, head gasket replacement issues

Asked by GuruJ17QJ Aug 02, 2020 at 06:51 PM about the 2006 Honda Ridgeline

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Had a radiator replacement at an auto shop, they forgot to put the clamp on
the bottom hose, found out when it blown off and smoke was coming from the
engine while driving. Now they had the head gasket replaced but the engine
light is on (solid). What other problems can you get from a blown head gasket?

I think they owe you an engine. Scan for codes to know why the CEL is on.

That is not a trouble code. It has something to do with an oxygen sensor problem or a vacuum/exhaust leak.
