Is there a fuse for the cruise 2005control on accord xl

Where would I place the fuse 34321, on the diagram it shows there is no one.. Thanks, my cruise contro just up and quit. Press and grin light CC comes on but does no work.

so i have a 2007 accord that had the same problem. didn't bother fixing it for a while. then my horn stopped working which sucked. anyways long story short i went to a shop to have the clock spring replaced and got my cruise control back and my horn. i would have done it myself but i don't feel comfortable working with the airbag system or any part of it.
