Can I switch the wheels on a 2005 Pilot with my 2009 CRV?

I would advise you not to. I swapped the wheels on my Audi with the ones off a Passat just because they have the same bolt pattern doesn't always work out. The offset and the clearance between the rim and the brake caliper was off. The front caliper was actually crashing into the wheel as it spun, to fix it I had to buy wheel spacers. About $50 bucks Ebay. Spacers add unnecessary strain to the suspension components. So, I would avoid it, but if you must order spacers if you run into an issue with clearance.
I think the Pilot is a much heavier car. Wheels have weight ratings so it might not be safe to install CRV wheels on the Pilot. The other way around might be fine if they fit.
