Changing headlight assembly on a 2004 honda accord

I have a 2004 honda accord that the passengers side headlight is starting to get quite a bit of mosture and i am think of replacing the whole unit. Is it very difficult to do? If not any guidance would be helpfull.

never replaced one so I do not know. what I have done is the past is take a really small drill bit and drill a couple small holes as close to the bottom you can get with it still in the car. it will drain the moisture and is barely noticable. much cheaper option than buying a new one.

Remove the headlight, pour the water out and dry with a hair dryer. Seal around the outer edge lens with RTV.
