Chevrolet Cobalt 2009 headlight issues

Had drivers side headlight go out..had it replaced..worked
fine for the day. Next day, neither one of my lights work.
Replace the plugs as directed by auto shop. They work
once again temporarily. Now my passenger side is not
working at all...and when I turn my brights on, they only turn
on for a slight second and then start dimming very rapidly
and go off... No one can seem to tell me what the issue
may be?? Please help

It's not going to be a quick fix, have the auto shop test the electrical circuit that the headlights are on.
