2002 Honda Accord sedan is making a spontaneous howling sound

I have an audio of it. Basically when driving
suddenly I hear a faint "click click" and then my car
starts making a sound best compared to sound
produced by playing water glasses ...it comes and
goes but has been happening more frequently in
the past week. What the heck?? No lights are on,
it's no my AC nor radio.
