what does it have on it? is it a 4 cylinder or 6. and what are the miles, sedan or coupe, but your going to be looking at about an average private party(selling it yourself) for around $5500 but you would sell it quicker with a more rounded price like $5000, and your trade in would be about 3000-4000 dollars, but if you give me more info i can tell you if its right on higher or lower.
