2001 Honda Civic won’t start

Asked by GuruLN7NF Apr 15, 2019 at 06:54 AM about the 2001 Honda Civic

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I locked my keys at work in machine
shop and so I tried to hot wire to no
avail. I took out the ignition switch
and messed with it and still wouldn’t
start. I retrieved the keys next
morning but car wouldn’t crank up at
all. It was like battery was dead.
Played around with ignition switch
again and anti-theft green key light
came on and car began to turn over
but wouldn’t start.  Lights, horn, and
dashboard lights all work but car
won’t start. My car is stuck at work
and I don’t know how to get it
running again.  Can anyone help me
please?
