I have a 2009 Chevy Impala and the heater is not heating up. It blows air but it does not get harm or hot at all...the air conditioning works fine

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I heard it could be just a fuse if
someone can walk me through
how to change that out and see
if that's the problem that would
be awesome (if that's the
problem)

make sure the cooling system is full. check that air is blowing out the heater ducts. if these are ok, you might have a defective heater control valve. it's not a fuse, i believe.

my experience is it can be a heat relay located under dash by glovebox . My 2009 chevy impala makes a clicking noise when I start it for @ 60 seconds and if I don't move the heat switch halfway down then back up I will not have heat even after 30 minutes.
