Radio doesn’t turn off

Can you turn it off with control knob? Usually two voltage circuits for radio, both fuse protected. One fuse is hot all the time, for radio memory--clock, whatever. The other fuse actually operates the radio, goes hot with key on. I'd have to check that fuse for voltage with key off. Could other issues.
