I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey and both my lighter socket and radio are dead. Is there a way to fix this other than changing fuse 15??

Both have no power. I tried replacing the
fuse 15 but It didn't work. as soon as I turn
the ignition key on, I hear it short
out.Anyone have any suggestions on how
to fix this?

check your lighter socket and make sure there isnt anything in there causing it to short out
