How to make a 1999 honda accord faster cheap?

how about a hot engine management chips.some can even be programed with a laptop .downloading map programs straight from the internet.
None of those are making your car faster. And its never cheap. But a tuned ECU would be ideal. I would recommend intake, headers and exhaust if you're going to do that to optimize it.

Flashing the computer with everything stock is wasted money. Those high power spark plug you got are junk. The coil creates the firing voltage so your getting the same voltage no matter what plugs you put in them. Theres not that many cheap things that will make it noticeibly faster. Best bet would to save up and rebuild the motor and do it the right way.
well if you live in colorado you get a hold of me and buy my parts i no longer need-car got totaled
cheap, fast, reliable pick 2 of the 3 you can't have all 3 of them. The f23 engine is a stout engine as are all the f series engines. They have allot of improvement for performance. SOHC vtec is performance pointless it was designed for fuel economy. SOCH vtec is nothing like DOHC vtec like found in b16's b18's h22's. If you want more power out of that engine plan to spend close to $1k and not even hit 200hp. If you want close to 200hp do a h22 swap. But you looking at 2k...not all that cheap. IT PAYS TO PLAY!.
Look into weight reduction. I have a 01 dx accord auto. Stock. I replaced the trunk with fiberglass and have lightweight wheels. I must say that its a noticeable difference. Its gets up to 90 alot quicker now but the fun ends there.

I put rain x latitudes on mine a steering wheel cover and a new tire and rim from a doughnut to a stock rim and tire now I'm putting close to about a hundred and 13 to the rear tires I mean the time and effort shoot man chicks dig them hids from the zone too you put them in the inside of your car but make sure you hide them because once seen busy no you know that night!! But just making light of this story I have the same car let's face it the motor is fast for sure put a decent intake on it change out the plugs to tripple platinum and that's gonna help but that's staying in the hundreds bro any faster your talking ECU headers some slicks on the front and a programmed chip and that's about all that you can do without spending thousands..
^that guy has no idea what he us talking about. F2B all the way! Get a management system like Hondata, GSR trans and F2B plate for the trans to bolt up to the F series. Then, have some fun.
I got 97 Honda Accord 16 valve Don't think I have is air intake into it and I'm just fixing everything on to it I'm trying to figure out what to do.
First step. DO NOT ASK THE INTERNET lmao. Hit up your local performance shop ask them to help point you in the right direction.. you will never get real pointers on here man
Or save up and get a decent turbo kit, injectors intake manifold 3bar map sensor wideband o2 sensor and then have it all installed correctly and after that throw that bad boy on a dyno and turn it up as far as you can safely. Plated or plateless f2b is always a good option too. The SI or GSR transmission has shorter gear ratios helping you hit top speed faster. You could always use a k series intake using the f2k intake plate too. For all motor use mainly but that with the f2b setup would do nicely and youd gain a few hp <5
Don’t get a turbo ..... without having forged internals , like that one guy said . Break down a h22 and rebuild it right .
