where is the dipstick to check transmission fluid in 2009 Grand Caravan

My 2009 Caravan with a 3.8 has a sealed transmission. It doesn't have a dipstick.

How can I drain my transmission fluid and refill it without dropping the pan on a 2008 Town and Country Touring model six speed? Is there a drain plug if so where can I find it?
