Most likely has a bad Clutch Master Cylinder or Clutch Slave Cylinder leaking fluid. Check the small clutch fluid reservoir beside the Main Brake master cylinder and see if its out of fluid... Might even need BOTH pieces replaced and then re-bleed the clutch system.
