It sounds like your heater core is leaking.

there is a drain tube in this cavity, goes thru the floor/firewall...find the end of this tube (should be water dripping out of it) and use a pin-air blast that your mechanic might have available (not available to consumers- you might take out an eye or something) and blast air into this drain tube~~
Does the liquid smell sweet? Is the reservoir low? The river sound is air in your coolant system. Don't lose all your coolant and destroy your engine. Keep it filled and watch the temperature gauge. -- Another engine can cost you several thousand dollars.
Could be heater core as tenspeed stated. Im with operator13/bob/judge on this one The evaporator drain may not be draining correctly or stopped up. But if the fluid coming out is coolant then you do have a heater core leaking.
It's likely that water accumulated by the evaporator has collected in the bottom of your ac/heater case because the drain tube is blocked. Be careful unblocking it with a sharp object - clear water is good - antifreeze is a heater core problem. Since the concern occurred after running the AC an extended period of time, I would assume that the evaporator drain tube is just blocked (leaves etc.)

yeah...don't use a wirehanger...pin-blast as unavailable to the consumer~
Your problem is definetly in your condensation drain, unclog the obstruction, and you should be all set.
