Resistance at connections. loose corroded or dirty connections can stop current flow. circuit protections like fuses and relays or circuit breakers, fuse links, maxi fuses etc in the power distribution center and its connections to it. Battery cables that have more than one wire can provide power on one main lead but not another. A DVOM can be used to check continuity (less than .5 ohm thru any connection) a 12v test light can find where power is, or where power is lost.
