horn going off at weird times

i have a 98 hondapassport with the same problem what did you have to do to fix it?
I wanna know what to do
Did I ever experience this problem!!! The problematic part is the horn switch located between the airbag and the plastic cover of the airbag. Its a pressure plate that is really temperamental. I found other air bags and had to try two before I got one to work. Remove the airbag unit. Then disconnect the horn switch clip and then the air bag switch. Take off the plastic cover over the four screws. Then remove the four screws. Take out the air bag incendiary. Remove the metal cover on the back. Remote the actual air bag tub. There will be a plate with two leads that is the switch for the horn. It seems like an excess of moisture over the years can accumulate in it. When the temperature drops it causes the horn to go off at the worst times. Not an easy fix but it can be done!
