09 Elantra multi box cover on top of dash

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The latch on the multi box is broken and the cover is always open.  How can I
remove the multi box unit and replace?

I have the same issue so hopefully someone will help us out! I don’t really feel like investing a lot into an 11 year old car :(

In the bottom of the box there is a rubber pad. Remove the pad and remove the two screws. There are two more screws behind the radio bezzel. There is a video on you tube on how to remove the radio that shows how to remove the bezzel. After you remove the bezzel take out the two screws holding the box and it comes right out.
