Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm a mechanic and I'm working at my shop right
now. My question is I have a 1995 Honda Accord
e^x and it's having trouble starting every now and
then. And the drive 4 light on the dash keeps
blinking while it's turned on what does that
indicate?
