1995 Honda engine

Well the reason I even ask is because I had a buddy who was going to sell me an engine for my Honda because mine was going out. The deal I made with him was that I would pay him $350 for the engine once it was in my car and running. It never made it to that point because of the cut wiring harness and it was not the right engine as it turns out. So this guy left his engine at the shop where there were trying to fix mine and the guy even gave permission for the hydraulic balancing Bolt to be taken off of his engine and used in mine. Apparently there were a couple of their parts taken off of his motor without his permission that I was unaware of and now the guy is talking all sorts of crap about me in town and saying I owe him money for the engine but I don't think it's even worth much of anything with a cut wiring harness and no hydraulic balancing Bolt
