Check the linkage under the vehicle attached to the tranny for obstructions or anything bent. Next. while someone rocks the vehicle a little try to shift into park. There is a "park pawl" inside the tranny. It could be broken or misaligned.

If the linkage needs adjustment, loosen the nut on the linkage and try to push the arm into park from under the vehicle. If it does not move or will not engage a tranny shop will have to do the repair. The transmission case will have to be opened to effect the repair. This may or may not necessitate the removal of the transmission.
