Asked by Cyrus Jan 20, 2014 at 01:51 PM about the 2008 Ford Fiesta

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have this car Ford Titanium model 2008. i heard this unusual sound every time i start the engine. and if i press the clutch it disappears and as i go and shift to 1st gear  and 2nd gear the unusual sound becomes louder. it sounds like a piece of bolt in a pot while you are shaking it. i just want to know what is the cause of it and how big is the problem. thank you.

I've got a noisy throw out bearing in my 2013 model. got a feeling it's probably inherent. wouldn't worry too much about it. if it's not too bad , it will probably stay like that 4 ever.
