You need Power, Spark and Fuel for the car to start & run. Since it turns over you obviously have the Power part, so you need to check for fuel flow and if you have that you need to check for spark at the cylinders. It could be a bad fuel pump, either not working or weak causing a pressure drop(turn the key to on and listen for a click and hum in the car, if you have those, your fuel pump is working). If you don't hear the pump come on, check all your fuses first to see if there is a blown fuse, then check the fuel relay.
