are the 3rd row seats on the lr4 real seats or jump seats?

I owned an LR3 for four years and just traded it in for a 2010 LR4. The interior is very similar to the lr3, and the third row of seats are real seats. They actually are fairly comfortable for an average size adult. The seats also fold flat into the floor to leave great flat storage space, the second row of seats also fold flat to create a completely smooth large storage area.
