Do I need a new battery, or should I take my car to a shop?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Earlier today, my battery light came on, then my
check engine light, then my ABS, and then my
speedometer stoped working. Do I need a new
battery, or should I go to a shop?

Test the battery and alternator.

My battery was in great shape, turned out my alternator went bad. Thank you for the help!
