i have a 2005 hyundi santa fe timing belt broke valves bent pullied the heads found that the pistons have marks where the valves touched do i need to replace the pistons

It depends on how big the marks are and if there is any damage to the outer part of the piston where the rings reside. If the valves just touched and lightly marked the pistons I would think you would be okay leaving them in the engine.
