On the console its keeps saying my hood is open but its not so I cant put it in gear to drive...when this happens my windows .door locks .blinkers and fan doesnt work.what could be wrong

Apparently you have a switch that is activated by the hood closing. If it is damaged or out of adjustment it would cause the problem you are having.

We have already relocated the hood latch sensor but continues to have ..usually after it sits for a couple of hrs it goes away but this time it has been sitting since yesterday and it hasn't went away
