Why not replace Relay? Cost is only between $12- $14. This relay is in the fuse box usually located under the hood on the drivers side. Open the Fuse box cover usually black. on the inside lid of box it should tell you where each relay is located and which kind it is for. Also it could be just a fuse located behind the ash tray on the drivers side to the left of the steering wheel. Take ashtray out and behind the ashtray it self should tell which fuse is which and replace it Cost Maybe $1.99. Let me know how you make out
