Can I tow 2004 Elantra behind an RV?

We have a '04 Elantra with a manual transmission. We're considering hooking it behind the RV and towing it.  What do we need to be concerned about?  Does it require a tow dolly or some other special arrangement or can I just attach it, put the car in neutral w/the brake off and go?

your tranny is pressurized differently when the car is on vs off in neutral. i wouldn't recommend pulling it behind it with out propping the front end up

Does anyone know if you can tow a 2004 Kia, yes Kia elantra, automatic tranny, 4 down?
