nope, there is no cabin filter on 2010 Ford Focus appears to be deleted. There is a rectangular box with a screen cover. Does accept a filter element.

i have a 2010 focus SEL and it has a cabin filter. it was located under the cowling on the passanger side. i just had to lift wiper blade up and removed the cowling and it was there.

No. It’s odd since some models of the 2010 have them. I have the SE and there isn’t. I looked High and low and never saw it. It’s more odd that everywhere sells them. So. I have A brand new cabin filter if anyone needs it

There is a YouTube video showing (supposed to be) how to change a Ford Focus 2010 cabin air filter. I told the dealer that, however the service parts person replied that Ford didn't put one on the 2010 model.

Just spray febreeze every now and then when it smells bad, there is no solution. Other option if youre really planning on keeping the car. Get it retrofitted in a good body shop but Im not sure the service person would be able to find that part.
