It probably has electric power steering, which doesn't take power steering fluid.

NO. It has a electric motor under steering wheel by your knees. order motor for about 100.00 and replace it your self. purchase a small socket set for 12.00 which goes up to 1/2 socket. this is all you need to remove plastic covers below steering and motor. it took me 30 minutes to do all this. No more hard steering or getting stuck.
