Ignition stuck
Just came home. No problem. Went out to start
car, radio on but car not on. Quickly shut off car
and went to turn back on. Steering wheel stuck and
cannot turn key in ignition.

If you have a low battery, this may have created a security problem that prevents the key to work and steering to move. First check for loose/dirty battery terminals, clean and tighten well to see if this solves the problem. If you don't have a battery tester, you will need to remove the battery and take it to have it checked at any auto parts store; if it is bad or very low replace it. This is one of the common issues when this problem is appears, lets hope is nothing more serious. Perhaps you get other helpful answers.
