The fuel pump is not getting a study a continuos flow of power ,it was just replaced

The fuel-pump  is new I t was just put in the relay was checked . But yet the power is not
continuous.

You should look at the fuel pump relay and the wiring from the relay to the fuel pump, these two issues are common in the older models of these cars.

My question is,this 2009 Hyundai accent two is starting but won't crank.Ive replace the fuel pump and crank shaft sensor.Still the same results.Any help please
