Why are new brakes grinding?

2010 Honda Fit, 103k miles. Brake work has been done previously at tires
plus and everything worked great. Recently brakes started to squeal,
assumed pads were worn. Just went to meineke to get worn pads
replaced. They said I needed pads, rotors and caliper clean/service as well
as rear drum brake adjusment. Did it all for 392 bucks. Now, a few days
later I get incredibly disgusting and irritating gurgling/grinding sound with
elements of oscillating screech sound when light braking at low speeds,
10mph or so. I am very pissed, I expect perfect brakes for 400 dollars....
whats the issue if anybody knows?

Hard to say with out looking at them,but i will say if the work was done right you would not have the issue you are having,have another brake shop you trust to check there work,you may find that they did not do as they said.
