Lock the doors on 2010 jetta

So The car has a mind of its own none of the doors
lock except the rear driver side door and if I try to
open that door the alarm goes off what's wrong
with it

And NOW the car has decided to toast my bottom! it apparently has a seat heater that I didn't know existed. In in freaking Florida in a huge rain storm HELP

ok, turn that seat warmer off try unlocking the doors using the remote
