Very upset with this website

I was selling my Toyota RAV and
had someone that I have been
talking to when All of a sudden
with no warning I am told to
ReNew.I still cannot get in touch
with people who I was
corresponding with,thank God I
had one of the original persons
contact information and car is
sold.
