I have a 2010 Subaru Impreza rs 2.0 hatch and
can’t find an exhaust I like can I use a cat back
from a 2011 wrx?

Unless it says it fits your vehicle. You can always do custom work. Purchase the mufflers you want and tips and have a muffler shop custom bend some pipe and install it for you.
