I have a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe and the brakes are totally lock when the car is started. I am betting it is the master cylinder but having prob with or w/o abs?

I am seeing Master cylinders with and without ABS....ANybody know which it
is?

Take battery off for 10min and switch everything in car on, will reset abs and electronics as-well as timing . Connect battery back after every thing is turned off, PS negative only. Let me know. Good luck.
